She Walks is a Community Interest Company (CIC) based in South London. We create paid leadership pathways for young mothers aged 18–25 and deliver prevention and safeguarding education in secondary schools, colleges and youth settings. Our work is designed for young mothers, young people and the professionals who support them, including teachers, youth workers and local authority teams.

Our leadership pathways offer young mothers structured training, mentoring and paid opportunities. Participants attend a series of facilitated sessions covering topics such as communication, facilitation, safeguarding and leadership skills. After completing training, young mums can progress into paid sessional work co‑delivering She Walks workshops in schools and community settings. The programme is flexible and designed to fit around childcare and other responsibilities.

She Walks delivers prevention and safeguarding workshops that support statutory RSHE and PSHE in schools. Sessions can cover the realities of early parenthood, healthy and unhealthy relationships, consent and boundaries, grooming and child exploitation, domestic abuse, and online safety. All workshops are age‑appropriate, trauma‑informed and co‑delivered by trained young mothers alongside experienced facilitators.

Schools and organisations can book She Walks workshops by completing the enquiry form on our For Schools or Contact page. Tell us about your setting, year groups, preferred dates and any safeguarding or pastoral priorities. A member of our team will follow up to discuss your needs, agree workshop content and confirm pricing, logistics and evaluation.
If you are a young mum aged 18–25 and interested in our paid leadership pathways, you can register your interest using the Young Mothers Interest Form on our Get Involved page or via the Contact form. We will get in touch to share more information, check eligibility and arrange an informal conversation. Professionals can also refer young mothers to She Walks with their consent.
