Leadership Pathways for Young Mothers
Our leadership pathways provide young mums aged 18–25 with structured training, mentoring and paid opportunities. Participants build facilitation skills, safeguarding awareness and professional confidence, and they progress into paid sessional roles co‑delivering workshops in schools and community spaces.
Key outcomes (bullets):
- Increased confidence and leadership skills
- Paid, flexible work that fits around caring responsibilities
- Stronger CVs, references and future employment options
- A peer network of young mothers leading change
School Prevention & Safeguarding Programme
We partner with secondary schools, colleges and youth organisations to deliver prevention education that supports RSHE and PSHE requirements. Sessions address the realities of early parenthood, relationships, exploitation and online pressure in a safe, age‑appropriate way.
Our school workshops:
- Are co‑delivered by trained young mothers and professional facilitators
- Support statutory RSHE/PSHE outcomes
- Are trauma‑informed and safeguarding‑led
- Allow students to ask honest questions and challenge stereotypes
